Trauma Releaese
We experience various traumas in life: accidents, injuries, childhood neglect, long-term stress, or witnessing harm (even via media). The body’s natural response to these is survival.
Science shows that trauma causes biological changes lasting generations. Suppressing emotions and reactions has diminished our natural ability to release trauma. Trauma remains not only energetically but also physically in the brain, muscles, and tissues.
Trauma healing gently resolves trauma and emotional blocks efficiently. It focuses on emotions tied to root trauma, disabling survival instincts and dissolving connections between them, emotions, and needs. The process doesn’t reprogram the brain but removes obstacles. Releasing trauma allows old neural pathways to fade, enabling neurons to create new, positive emotions and thoughts that were once suppressed.
The session may improve health, circumstances, and relationships, suitable only for those ready for change.
